Heaven Pet Urns

I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the pet urn I chose for my niece’s cat Sophie.  Her mother, my sister,  was away when Sophie passed away and I didn’t know what to do about the whole situation. Cremation was suggested so I went for that knowing how special the cat was to everyone. The chose of pet cremation urn was another aspect of the story I wasn’t sure about but you and your site were there to walk me through everything-thank god for miracles. I wanted to pick the right decorative pet urn my sister would like and making the chose of the cat pet urn myself was hard.  Heaven Pet Urns gave me an idea of how big an urn I would need but again you advised based on the weight. The engraving on the plate also was a decision of font, plate and personal engraving for pet’s name and dates. The whole picture of the internment pet urn for pet ashes, as some people would call them, was taken out of my hands by your advice. We ordered the Yarn Ball Urn going by what you thought we would be happy with.   You seem to have a feel for what people need when it comes to help choose the right pet urn and in our case cat pet urn.

I would like to thank your people who helped me beyond the call of duty. Your site answered alot of questions for me and help me out of a tight spot.  My uncle’s cat died a couple of  weeks ago  and there was a service planned the following week. It was my responsiblity to pick out the pet cremation urn and have it ready for the service.  The problem was I was in a major change over at work  at the time and forgot to do my duty with the pet cat cremation urn. Therefore when I realized how close it was to due date I had to scramble.  Your Heaven Pet Urns site answered all my questions both by email and the phone on the  cat urns I was checking out.  You followed my instructions to the letter with the personalized name plate , the shipping and time frame I had to work with. The Brass Etched Cat Urn was beautiful and the tears of joy from my uncle were well worth the series of events I went through.

I was intrigued when I found your cremation pet urns a few months ago. I browsed through it and nearly forgot about it until a neighbor didn’t see my cat run in front of her car as she was getting ready to park on our street.

My cat, Mr. Skittles, didn’t make it to the vet. My neighbor saw how inconsolable our daughter was, so she offered to take care of the memorial arrangements. I told her about your services and she willingly helped us take care of the cost.
