If you can't afford pet insurance but if something goes wrong with your pet-they get hurt, get sick or need some treatment or shots then make sure they get that treatment. You know at least you have done everything you could to help them even if you can't afford the insurance or feel it is not necessary until something goes wrong then be sure to take your pet to the vet when treatment is needed. Then be prepared to pay out for that treatment what you didn't pay out for insurance. Your pet is in your care and only you can are responsible for them. My nephew only works part-time and if he had not had insurance on his dog who had some kind of eye infection then it would have cost him alot more than he could afford working part-time.
