I would like to thank you and your site Heaven Pet Urns for helping me make the right chose of pet cremation urn. There were alot of sites selling these pet cremation memorial urns but I found that your site had alot more to offer than just selling pet urns. You seem to offer information on problems with your cat or dog, articles of information, pet loss support, free E-Cards, those beautiful candles to send to others plus discounts, free shipping and engraving as well as other dog urns, cat urns, personalized pet urns, memorial poem urns and ideas I didn’t see on any other site.  Most sites seem to be interested in only selling products to people but your site offered other information made available. You seemed to be more interested in being there for the anyone looking for information or shopping. That is really what sold me on your site is the fact you were there for the shoppers and not just for you as a retailer.

I found that out when I went to purchase my Leather Paw Print Pet Urn because you were there all the step of the way.  I appreciated the advice, the service and all the help. You really care about your customers and that is hard to find in this day and age. Most retailers are out to make a buck regardless but not your site. The personalized pet urns and service you offered sold me.

Ottawa city’s transit committee, decided August 20th, against allowing pets on public transit. There was enough big issues facing the Ottawa Public Transit system to think about. There were pros and cons with one OC Transpo bus driver stating it would open the door to all sorts of animals on the bus causing other problems. Bay coun. Alex Cullen wanted a six month trial. He felt having pets allowed on the bus would make things more convenient for pet owners to use the public service.  There were other concerns during the debate as to what is considered a service animal and their allowance on the buses.  The Ottawa’s bylaw states that in order for it to be considered a service animal it is requred to be trained and registered with a recognized organization.  Ottawa’s legal department is reviewing the city’s definition of “service animal” so it will clear up any misconceptions and help clarify the discussion for future areas.

Sorry pet owners who travel on the bus. There may be other ideas that come up in the future that could change this bylaw but as for now you will have to find another way to travel with your pet.

Make sure your pet sitter and your dog or othere pet make a good fit -that both are comfortable together after all you wouldn’t leave your kids with a babysitter if you and your kids weren’t happy with them so the same applies to your pet. This way you can enjoy your time away and so will your pet.

I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the pet urn I chose for my niece’s cat Sophie.  Her mother, my sister,  was away when Sophie passed away and I didn’t know what to do about the whole situation. The whole picture of the internment pet urn for pet ashes, as some people would call them, was taken out of my hands by your advice. We ordered the Yarn Ball Urn going by what you thought we would be happy with.   You seem to have a feel for what people need when it comes to help choose the right pet urn and in our case cat pet urn.
