I just wanted you to know that our whole family thinks that you go beyond the line of duty when it comes to customer service at Heaven Pet Urns for your pet cremation urns.
We couldn’t get over how many emails that we sent you about any questions we had on the different sizing of the brass pet urns , the colour, type of wood in the wood photo pet urn, engraving on the personalized name plates or any of the questions on the Laser garden grave 
markers with the colour of the granites and how fast you got back to us with your answers. We found most of the sites we contacted were almost 3-4 days before we got answers back and when they didn’t have any answers they didn’t try to find out anything for us. Heaven Pet Urns answered all our questions on their memorial urns, found answers for us where we would not have thought of asking and made suggestions with what we had in mind to help us make a decision on the dog urns and the laser grave marker we had in mind.
Your site even encouraged us to keep asking questions about any other pet cremation urn product we might have in mind. That met alot to us to know that we could ask you anything. We also found that you let us know when our dog creamtion urn would be shipped out and when to expect the Laser garden grave marker so we could be home when they arrived. The nice part was you even checked to see that our customized dog marker and dog urn arrived and that we were happy with both.
We have never experienced such a caring site with anything other product we have purchased on the web site. You also encouraged us to come back and shop for another dog urn or family pet urn by giving us a discount code to use as a way of saying thanks for stopping at your site.
We were impressed all the way and our pet garden grave marker was beautiful. The wood photo pet urn was also beautiful. We had no complaints with anything and more impressed than anythingelse.
