We would like to thank everyone at Heaven Pet Urns for the customer service you had for me and my family in our time of need. All your representatives gave us the support and comfort we needed when our dog, Dan, passed away. We were all devastated and didn’t know what to do or how to handle the situation. You advised us on what to do about a cremation and about a burial so we could choose wisely with what to do.
Your expert advise with a pet memorial urn in styles of wood pet urn, photo pet urn, the different dog urns that were available in different materials as well as the idea of a pet memorial keepsake urn in the form of a jewelry keepsake in case we wanted to keep some of the ashes if he was cremated. The advise on a pet memorial marker and what styles you had, what to do for a customized pet marker in the line of sentiment, graphic and dates were all gratefully accepted. We would not have been able to make a logical or right decision on anything if you had not helped us with the pet loss.
We were happy with our decision of a dog urn and also to have a rock grave marker in our yard as a lasting tribute for Dan with our love for him always. You helped us give him the memorial he deserved. Many thanks to all for the unique customer service and for caring.
